Job Summary:
The Full-Time Admissions Receptionist & Hospitality Host serves as the welcoming face and first point of contact for Lancaster Bible College. This highly visible, front-facing role is responsible for creating an engaging, energetic, and Christ-centered first impression for prospective students, families, donors, and guests. In addition to supporting the Admissions Team, this individual functions as a Hospitality Host for LBC’s Global Vision Center (Creation Gallery), actively engaging visitors, telling the LBC story, and helping prospective students and families feel excited, informed, and connected to the College.
This role is ideal for an outgoing, relational, and sales-minded individual who thrives on interaction, hospitality, and meaningful conversations that move people toward enrollment and partnership with LBC.

Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years of experience in customer service, hospitality, reception, sales, or administrative support required.
• Experience in higher education, admissions, hospitality, or guest engagement strongly preferred.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- • Serve as the first point of contact for all walk-in guests, prospective students, families, and visitors, offering a warm, energetic, and Christ-centered welcome.
- • Act as a Hospitality Host for LBC’s Global Vision Center (Creation Gallery), engaging visitors, sharing LBC’s story, and creating memorable, meaningful experiences.
- • Proactively engage prospective students and families, answering questions, building excitement, and helping them feel confident about LBC.
- • Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and online inquiries related to admissions with professionalism and timely follow-up.
- • Schedule campus visits, interviews, and appointments for admissions counselors.
- • Prepare and distribute admissions materials, welcome packets, and visit resources.
- • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception and hospitality environment that reflects excellence and care.
- • Assist with admissions data entry, document processing, and clerical support as needed.
- • Coordinate hospitality logistics for admissions events, open houses, and special visit days (check-in, materials, refreshments, name tags, etc.).
- • Collaborate closely with Admissions staff to ensure seamless handoffs and follow-up with prospective students and families.
- • Represent LBC’s mission, values, and faith commitments in all interactions, offering prayer and encouragement when appropriate.
- • Perform other related duties as assigned in support of Admissions and institutional hospitality initiatives.
