As a Home Health Nurse your main role will be to deliver high-quality nursing care to patients with various medical needs in their homes throughout Lamoille County. We are offering a limited time sign on bonus of $10,000 if hired for 29 hours (paid out over 1 year).
Some Duties Include:
- Perform IV insertions and venipuncture as required
- Provide care for patients with various medical needs, including those from the ER
- Utilize anatomy knowledge to assess patients and identify health issues
- Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions
- Maintain accurate medical documentation
- Administer basic life support when necessary
- Deliver personalized patient care tailored to individual needs
Skills:
- Strong understanding of human anatomy and body systems
- Nursing expertise with a focus on patient care
- Ability to accurately measure and interpret vital signs
- Skilled in medical documentation and record keeping
