Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute field marketing campaigns that support pipeline growth
- Manage in-person events, webinars, conferences, roundtables, and partner programs
- Partner with Sales to support target accounts and improve lead conversion
- Track performance for events and campaigns, including leads, pipeline impact, and ROI
- Coordinate budgets, vendors, timelines, and internal stakeholders
- Support conference booth setup and event logistics, including light lifting as needed
- Contribute creative ideas and execute marketing collateral, booth graphics, and event materials
- Report results and recommendations to marketing leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or event marketing
- Strong project management, communication, and event coordination skills
- Creative skills with the ability to develop engaging event and campaign experiences
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience working with sales teams and CRM/marketing automation tools
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations
- Based in downtown Boston - 100 Summer Street, Boston, MA
- Requires in-office presence 3–4 days per week
- Approximately 20% travel
