Role Description
The Client Executive is a full-time hybrid role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with some remote work flexibility. The Client Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving sales efforts. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining strong client relationships, understanding and addressing client needs, providing consultative solutions, and identifying opportunities to expand services. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to deliver seamless client service and achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and maintaining positive client relationships
- Strong Communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
- Experience in Account Management and Sales, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
- Consulting expertise to provide informed, strategic, and tailored solutions for clients
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
