Location: New York, NY
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days/week in office) early morning & evening availability (Paid as Overtime)
Compensation: $70,000 base bonus
About the Role
We are seeking a sharp, data-driven Client Intake Specialist to support a fast-growing personal injury law firm in Midtown Manhattan. The firm generates significant marketing lead flow and referral volume, and this role ensures every viable case is properly qualified, tracked, and converted.
This position serves as a key intake resource and operational backstop — helping manage inbound calls, referral relationships, and CRM data to ensure no opportunity is missed.
Key Responsibilities
Client Intake & Qualification (20–25%)
- Handle inbound calls for serious injury cases (e.g., major construction accidents, catastrophic incidents)
- Assess, qualify, and determine whether to sign, refer, or decline cases
- Clearly communicate the firm’s contingency fee structure (33%)
- Take thorough notes and maintain accurate records
Referral Network Management (50%)
- Work with leadership to manage and grow an active referral network
- Track referred cases and ensure proper follow-up
- Prevent revenue loss by keeping opportunities organized and moving
Operations & Conversion Support (25%)
- Provide backup for live call transfers
- Maintain and clean LeadDocket CRM data
- Support conversion efforts and intake optimization
Ideal Candidate
- Fluent in Spanish (required)
- Quick thinker who can assess cases in real time
- Highly detail-oriented and data-centric
- Technically proficient and fast
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills
- Background as a paralegal, EA, or intake specialist is a plus
Hybrid role (3 days in-office). Early morning and evening availability required.
