Customer Success Lead

A high-growth AI marketing technology company is seeking a Customer Success Lead to architect and scale enterprise value delivery. This is a strategic, hands-on role at the intersection of customer strategy, technical product fluency, and operational buildout. You will own outcomes for key enterprise accounts while helping design the systems that allow Customer Success to scale.
Core Mandate
Drive Enterprise Impact
- Own a portfolio of enterprise customers with clear accountability for adoption, retention, and expansion
- Serve as a strategic advisor aligning the platform to broader marketing, data, and AI initiatives
- Build success plans tied to measurable business outcomes
Build Scalable Success Infrastructure
- Develop repeatable engagement programs including enablement, webinars, and lifecycle initiatives
- Create playbooks, health scoring models, and standardized workflows
- Support both high-touch strategic accounts and scalable 1:few / 1:many motions
Leverage Data to Drive Outcomes
- Monitor usage signals and account health to identify risk and growth opportunities
- Translate behavioral data into retention and expansion strategies
- Connect product adoption to clear business value reporting
Bridge Technical and Business Teams
- Support integrations, data flows, and platform troubleshooting
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Growth
- Surface recurring issues and influence product improvements
Ideal Profile
- 5 years in Customer Success, Enterprise Account Management, or Technical CS
- Experience in SaaS, martech, adtech, or AI platforms
- Enterprise stakeholder management experience
- Strong analytical capability with comfort using product and performance data
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
- Builder mindset with comfort operating in early-stage environments

Comp: $170-$185k base
Salary : $160,000 - $185,000
