Founding Marketing Lead - B2B Tech Services
Location: New York City or San Francisco (Onsite Monday–Thursday)
Our client is a fast-growing company that partners with venture-backed startups and high-growth tech businesses to deliver critical IT, operational and strategic support. They are looking for a hands-on Founding Marketing Lead to build and lead marketing from the ground up.
This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who loves owning strategy and execution, thrives in fast-moving environments, and wants to help shape a brand, pipeline engine, and go-to-market story from an early stage.
What You'll Do:
- Build and scale demand generation across outbound, SEO, referrals, content, and new growth channels
- Own messaging and positioning across the website, collateral, case studies, and campaigns
- Develop and optimize the marketing tech stack, reporting, and channel performance metrics
- Create content that supports brand awareness, lead generation, and sales enablement
- Test new channels and growth ideas, then double down on what works
- Manage external partners and vendors across areas like design, SEO, and web
What We're Looking For:
- 6–8 years of B2B marketing experience
- Experience as an early-stage or founding marketer is required
- Proven success building multi-channel growth programs across content, outbound, SEO, and paid
- Strong grasp of positioning, messaging, and full-funnel marketing strategy
- Analytical and operationally strong, with experience owning performance metrics and reporting
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, build-from-scratch environment
- Experience supporting modern B2B go-to-market motions preferred
