Responsibilities
Employee Engagement Program Management
- Own the employee engagement survey process, including survey vendor relationship, internal project planning, internal communications and analysis of results
- Own the design, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide employee engagement strategies and frameworks, serving as a strategic advisor to senior leaders
- Train managers and Engagement Action Teams regarding engagement concepts and actioning results
- Perform after project review. Make recommendations to HR leadership for improvements for the next cycle
- Remain abreast of industry best practices and make strategic recommendations for changes to the EE approach
- Curate relevant assessment tools and manage updates and ongoing certification requirements
- Recommend appropriate assessment tools for individual situations
- Provide report interpretation and feedback delivery of assessments
- Develop internal assessments as needed
- Identify and track skill gaps found within assessment result data
- Provide reports as needed regarding assessment usage and skill gaps
- Collaborate with the L&OD facilitation team as the owner of the DevelopU curricula development plan components
- Conduct gap analysis and manage the development component of our company succession planning program
- Collaborate with HR Strategic Business Partners throughout the talent mapping and succession planning process to ensure alignment between the two teams and the delivery of holistic development support to identified employees
- Drive continuous improvement of the Organization’s development planning process
- Act as L&OD point person on system workflow designs (SharePoint, People Assist, etc.). Engage with the system build team as an L&OD workflow SME. Educate and share information with other L&OD team members as needed
- Provide recommendations, deliverables, and some ownership for ROI collection
- Lead complex, enterprise-level initiatives in collaboration with the VP of L&OD, influencing employee success, strategic direction and driving measurable business impact
- Partner with the VP of L&OD to create, maintain, and continuously improve the Bayview Coaching Program
- Engage on additional OD projects as needed
- Provide input on existing/future programs as part of the solution-focused Leadership and OD Team
- Participate on additional HR project teams as needed
- Other duties as requested
- College degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Organization Development, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of employee engagement program experience or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum 3 years of succession planning experience or equivalent education and experience
- Ability to build a rapport with business leaders/employees
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas, concerns, and questions to employees at all levels of the organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate a variety of platforms in support of OD initiatives (e.g. SharePoint, Culture Amp, 15Five, etc.)
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Experience leveraging data visualizations tools or survey analytics platforms (e.g. Power BI, Culture Amp)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
- Strong facilitation skills
- Experience providing developmental feedback or facilitating leadership assessments and debriefs
- Previous exposure to leadership assessment tools
- Completion of Kirkpatrick certification or equivalent education and experience preferred
- Certification in the use and delivery of one or more assessment tools preferred
