We are partnering with a high-growth, private equity-backed professional services business to hire a Learning & Development Manager to support continued expansion across the US.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role for someone who enjoys being close to the business, working directly with people, and building high-impact training programs in a fast-paced, performance-led environment.
The Role
- Deliver onboarding and training programs for new hires
- Facilitate interactive, in-person training sessions focused on performance and best practice
- Provide ongoing coaching and development support to early-career and experienced professionals
- Act as a visible, trusted L&D presence within the business
- Partner with leadership to support performance, progression, and retention
The Profile

- Learning & Development roles within recruitment or sales-led organisations
- Former recruiters who have moved into training, coaching, or performance roles
- L&D professionals from fast-paced, commercial, services environments
- Educators or trainers with strong facilitation skills and a commercial mindset
Recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential. Energy, credibility, and the ability to engage and influence are key.
Location & Working Model
- Florida-based (Fort Lauderdale preferred; Miami commute acceptable)
- Hybrid working model with 2–3 days per week in-office
- This is not a fully remote role
