Lakeview Lending is growing — and we’re looking for an experienced Mortgage Sales Trainer to elevate our team’s performance. In this role, you’ll design and deliver engaging training programs that strengthen the skills, product knowledge, and sales confidence of our loan officers and support staff. You’ll coach both new and experienced originators to master the mortgage process, exceed production goals, and deliver an exceptional client experience.
