Lakeview Behavioral Health is looking for a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our Brainerd team!
As an Office Manager, you'll be one of the first points of contact for our clients and play an important role in keeping our clinic running smoothly. From welcoming clients and coordinating appointments to managing insurance information and supporting our clinical team, your work helps create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

What You'll Be Doing
- Welcome clients and assist with check-in, check-out, and registration.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to messages, and assist clients with questions.
- Schedule and reschedule appointments, manage provider schedules, and follow up on missed appointments.
- Verify insurance eligibility, update client information, and help resolve coverage discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate client records in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Collect copays, client payments, and outstanding balances.
- Assist clients with setting up payment plans and sliding scale fee applications, including processing required documentation.
- Coordinate referrals, medical records requests, faxes, and other administrative tasks.
- Support clinical staff with daily office needs and help maintain a positive, professional environment.
- Perform routine office cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic.
- Follow HIPAA requirements, company policies, and procedures.What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an administrative, medical office, or human services setting.
- Experience with medical scheduling and insurance verification.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- A friendly, professional attitude and willingness to learn.
- Someone who is reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be at least 18 years old and successfully complete a Minnesota Department of Human Services background study.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
