At Lakeview Behavioral Health, you'll join a collaborative team dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered care for adults experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our goal is to treat the whole person by providing individualized care that supports long-term recovery.
We are seeking a Minnesota-licensed LADC to provide 245G-compliant outpatient substance use treatment, including evening group counseling and individual therapy in person at our Brainerd location.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate engaging evening group therapy sessions.
- Provide individual counseling and recovery support.
- Complete comprehensive assessments and intake evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Coordinate care with internal and external providers.
- Maintain timely, accurate 245G-compliant documentation.
- Help clients achieve meaningful recovery goals while ensuring quality, person-centered care.
What We're Looking For
- Current Minnesota LADC license in good standing.
- Experience working with adults experiencing substance use and co-occurring disorders preferred.
- Knowledge of 245G requirements.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills.
- Completion of 12 hours of co-occurring disorders training.
- Free of substance use problems for at least two years immediately preceding hire (245G requirement).
- Ability to successfully complete a DHS Netstudy Background Study.

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM (Group days)
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
