Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC)
Lakeview Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) to provide in-person clinical services to adults at our Brainerd location.

Position Responsibilities:
- Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions
- Conduct intakes and comprehensive assessments
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans
- Coordinate care and services across the continuum of care
- Maintain 245G-compliant documentation
- Ensure client safety and service quality
- Represent Lakeview positively in the community and with referral sources
Required Qualifications:
- Licensed as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC)
- 12 contact hours in co-occurring disorders
- Free of substance use problems for at least two years (attestation required)
- Ability to pass a DHS background study
- Proficient in the 12 Core Functions of chemical dependency counseling
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in community-based programming or outpatient settings
