LCADC REQUIRED
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY
- Provide support, counseling, and case management services to clients
- Provide chemical health education and therapeutic interventions to assist client's recovery
- Coordinate care plans and collaborate with treatment teams and community resources
- Conduct assessments related to mental health and substance use needs
- Maintain clinical documentation.
- Hours are 8:00am-4:30pm
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Must have a current Minnesota State Licensure as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders preferably in treatment, mentoring, or coaching.
- Criminal Background Check thru DHS is required
