Position Overview
As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will oversee residential and light commercial HVAC installations from start to finish. You'll lead installation crews, ensure work meets company quality and safety standards, and communicate clearly with customers and team members. This role is ideal for a skilled installer who takes pride in their work and enjoys mentoring others.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Occasional overtime based on workload
- Minimal on‑call requirements
Pay
- $36.00–$41.00 per hour, based on experience
- Spiffs and performance bonuses

Key Responsibilities
- Lead residential and light commercial HVAC system installations
- Supervise and support installation crew members
- Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications
- Install, test, and commission HVAC equipment
- Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure system performance
- Maintain safety and quality standards on every job
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Train and mentor installers as needed
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of HVAC installation experience
- Solid knowledge of HVAC equipment, installation techniques, and safety practices
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- Leadership or lead installer experience
- NATE certification or other industry credentials
