We're looking for a full-time HVAC Entry Level Parts Runner and Warehouse Person to join our team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that goes beyond typical warehouse work. You'll spend most of your time delivering parts to our HVAC technicians, helping out in the warehouse, and providing an extra set of hands on job sites as needed. Position: HVAC Entry Level Parts Runner and Warehouse Person
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver HVAC parts and materials to job sites, supporting our technicians in the field
- Assist technicians on job sites as an extra set of hands when needed
- Help receive, stock, and organize incoming shipments in the warehouse
- Stage and prepare parts for field technicians efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and vehicle
- Communicate with office staff, suppliers, and technicians to ensure parts and materials are available when needed
- Fill in for apprentices or other team members occasionally as workload requires
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexibility may be required depending on business needs).
Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour
What We're Looking For:
- Someone curious about HVAC and interested in learning hands-on in the field
- A reliable, motivated, and flexible team player who enjoys being active and working with their hands
- Comfortable driving a company vehicle for parts deliveries
- Must have or be able to obtain DOT health card
- Basic organizational skills and attention to detail for staging parts and assisting in the warehouse
- Prior experience in HVAC or delivery/parts running is a plus
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in warehouse or outdoor environment
