Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM (occasional overtime)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems while delivering excellent customer experiences. The ideal candidate enjoys problem‑solving, takes pride in their workmanship, and communicates clearly with customers and coworkers.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Work on a variety of equipment, including hydronics, geothermal, oil, steam, and ductless split systems
- Perform work safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers
- Maintain accurate service documentation using company-provided technology
Compensation & Benefits
- $36.00–$41.00 per hour, based on experience

Qualifications
- 4 years of HVAC service experience
- Experience with hydronics, geothermal, oil, steam, and ductless split systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- EPA Universal certification (required)
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- NATE or other industry certifications are a plus
