Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Servers to join our hospitality team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for service and flexibility in their schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive food and beverage service and in a courteous manner
- Clear tables, reset for next courses, and maintain cleanliness throughout service
- Collaborate with kitchen and staff to ensure smooth execution
- Effectively sell and up-sell menu offerings
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies during food handling and service
- Assist with restaurant set-up, breakdown and cleanup
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Availability for on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Service experience (formal events, large-scale functions)
- Familiarity with banquet-style setups and service etiquette
- Experience with POS systems or event tracking tools
Pay: From $5.49 per hour
