Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a dynamic, consumer-focused organization to hire a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing for a newly evolving and highly visible marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic yet hands-on lifecycle marketing leader who enjoys building processes, improving customer engagement strategies, and helping shape the future of a growing marketing function.
This role will lead lifecycle marketing strategy and execution across the full customer journey — from acquisition and onboarding through engagement, retention, loyalty, and win-back initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, execution-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable navigating change within a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Schedule
Salary: $120,000–$130,000 base salary
Bonus: 10% annual bonus opportunity
Hybrid schedule: In-office Tuesday–Thursday | Remote Monday & Friday

What You’ll Do
Lead lifecycle marketing strategy across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, loyalty, referral, and win-back programs
Build and optimize customer journeys across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging
Improve customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value through data-driven marketing initiatives
Develop scalable lifecycle marketing processes, reporting structures, KPIs, and operational best practices
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Data Engineering, Brand, and Operations teams
Analyze campaign and customer performance data to identify trends, optimization opportunities, and actionable business insights
Enhance CRM automation, segmentation, personalization, and behavioral targeting strategies
Manage campaign calendars, testing strategies, and communication governance across owned channels
Support broader business initiatives including new location launches, product rollouts, and engagement campaigns
Present recommendations, reporting, and lifecycle insights to senior leadership
Mentor and support a direct report while helping scale lifecycle marketing capabilities
Early Priorities
Within the first 90 days, this individual will:
Assess current lifecycle programs, reporting, tools, and operational workflows
Improve KPI visibility, reporting capabilities, and dashboarding
Identify opportunities to optimize customer journeys, automation, segmentation, and campaign performance
Evaluate CRM infrastructure and recommend enhancements
Help define future-state lifecycle marketing strategy and operational improvements
Qualifications
Required Experience
7 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, retention marketing, or growth marketing
Strong hands-on experience with lifecycle campaign execution and customer journey orchestration
Experience with HubSpot is required
Experience working with POS systems; PAC experience strongly preferred
Strong background in reporting, KPI development, campaign analysis, and lifecycle performance measurement
Experience partnering with Analytics and/or Data Engineering teams to improve reporting infrastructure
Experience building or improving lifecycle marketing processes and operational structure
Expertise in segmentation, personalization, automation, and behavioral targeting strategies
Experience managing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging
Strong communication skills and executive presence
Preferred Background
Experience within fitness, membership, subscription, retail, hospitality, or multi-location consumer businesses
Experience supporting location-based or regional marketing strategies
Experience scaling lifecycle marketing functions within growing organizations
Familiarity with CDPs and lifecycle measurement frameworks
Strong A/B testing and experimentation background
