Senior Field Recruiter
Direct Hire | Hybrid – Englewood, CO
Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 annually
Lakeshore Talent is partnering with a rapidly growing, multi-location consumer services organization to hire a Senior Field Recruiter for their Talent Acquisition team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiting professional who enjoys balancing full-cycle recruiting with strategic process improvement, relationship building, and talent pipeline development.
This role supports hiring across multiple states and will partner closely with operational leaders to drive hiring initiatives for frontline, leadership, and select corporate positions. The ideal candidate is a collaborative recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, field-based environments and enjoys influencing hiring strategy beyond transactional recruiting.
Position Overview
The Senior Field Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting for an assigned region, supporting leadership and operational hiring needs across multiple locations. In addition to recruiting responsibilities, this individual will serve as a key resource within the Talent Acquisition team by supporting process improvements, mentoring peers, and helping enhance recruiting tools, workflows, and best practices.

Schedule & Work Environment
Hybrid schedule: Monday and Friday work-from-home
In-office Tuesday–Thursday
Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Open-concept office environment with dedicated workspace and private meeting areas
Occasional travel required for new location openings and regional hiring support
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting
Manage full-cycle recruiting for frontline, leadership, and select corporate roles
Source, screen, interview, and manage offers for active openings
Support hiring for multi-location operations across assigned territories
Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Partner closely with hiring managers to advise on staffing strategies, candidate selection, and market trends
Strategic Sourcing & Talent Partnership
Develop creative sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates
Maintain awareness of labor market trends and competitive hiring conditions
Support networking events, career fairs, and recruiting outreach initiatives
Deliver a strong candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruiting process
Process Improvement & Team Support
Support the development and enhancement of recruiting tools, SOPs, interview guides, and scalable hiring processes
Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
Partner with Recruiting Operations and Talent Acquisition leadership on workflow enhancements
Mentor and support fellow recruiters through knowledge sharing and informal coaching
Assist with onboarding and training of new recruiters
Compliance & Reporting
Maintain accurate documentation within the Applicant Tracking System
Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies and employment regulations
Communicate hiring progress, challenges, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
Qualifications
4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience supporting multi-location, field-based, retail, hospitality, fitness, or high-volume environments strongly preferred
Experience recruiting for a mix of frontline, leadership, and corporate roles
Strong partnership experience with hiring managers and operational leaders
Proven ability to influence and support peers without direct authority
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office tools
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
