Residential House Cleaner — Independent Contractor (Prior Lake / South Metro)
Lakeshore Clean Co. is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to join our team of independent contractors serving Lakeville, Apple Valley, Burnsville, Farmington, Prior Lake, and Savage.
We're a small, local cleaning business built on trust — our clients know their homes are in good hands, and we want cleaners who take pride in that same standard.
What you'll be doing:
- Standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleans in residential homes
- Working independently, on your own schedule — you claim the jobs that fit your availability
- Bringing your own supplies and equipment (or let us know if you need guidance on what to use)
Pay:
- Paid per job, based on the square footage of the home — bigger job, bigger payout, no clocking in and out
- Keep 90% of every clean you complete — you do the work, you keep the money
What we're looking for:
- Experience cleaning homes (professional or otherwise) preferred
- Reliable transportation and a phone to claim/manage jobs
- Someone who shows up on time and leaves a home spotless
- Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor (you set your own schedule, we just connect you with clients)
