- Promote retail sales by explaining product features, benefits, and available financial services such as retail lending or loan processing
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing cash payments, making change, and managing the cash drawer with precision
- Perform data entry tasks related to sales records, customer information, and financial transactions using retail software systems
- Support loan collections and processing activities by verifying customer information and ensuring timely payments
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displays are attractive
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Requirements
- Previous retail store experience is highly preferred; familiarity with retail math and cashiering is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, balancing registers, and performing retail math calculations
- Experience with data entry and familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale systems
- Ability to handle cash drawer management, cash handling, and cash management procedures accurately
- Knowledge of banking or financial services concepts such as retail lending or loan collections is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain products clearly and professionally
