Summary
We are looking to add both, a full time and part time positions. In the role of Prep and or Line Cook, you will be integral to the success of our kitchen operations, focusing on food preparation and service.
Working as a team, you will utilize your restaurant and kitchen experience to ensure high standards of culinary excellence. Smoked foods and craft beer is our focus. Additionally, your familiarity with dietary needs and menu planning can at to our creative offerings.

Kitchen staff- line cook
- Most importantly, possess experience, passion and motivation to work in a fast paced commercial kitchen.
- The ability to multi-task, work with a sense of urgency, efficiently, while maintaining a high level of quality control
- Previous restaurant and kitchen experience, preparing food to customer specifications is required.
- This position will include prepping and cooking, with a lot of opportunity to grow and excel within.
- Working with others to assemble and plate various menu options
- Passion- the want to create new things and be a part of our creative menu
- Grilling, Smoking, cooking, and frying foods.
- Planning and managing orders, catering commitments -ensuring all items are finished and served at the fresh highest quality.
- Ensuring quality control
- MUST be safe-serve certified or willing to complete ASAP
- Willingness to learn and adapt to our concept.
