Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join Neurology Group

Lake Regional Health System is seeking full-time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established Neurology specialty medical group. The Neurology APP will work collaboratively with neurologists and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to patients with neurological disorders. This role involves conducting patient assessments, diagnosing neurological conditions, and developing treatment plans. The APP will also educate patients and their families about neurological issues and care strategies.

Lake Regional Health System is a strong, independent, designated rural health clinic. Lake Regional is a Level III Trauma Center, Lever II Stroke, Level II Stemi and Level II Nursery.

* Join an established Inpatient/Outpatient Neurology Practice.

* EMR System – Meditech Expanse

* Onsite EMG machine and Botox injections for varied conditions.

* Ability to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide exceptional patient care

* Strong interpersonal skills to educate and provide support patients

* Strong analytical skills to assess the condition of the patients based upon examination, appearance and laboratory related data

* Currently licensed in Missouri or must have the ability to obtain a Missouri license

* Must be dedicated to providing compassionate care

* Experience preferred, open to training the right candidate

* Accrue up to 256 Hours of time off

* 40 hours of CME

* CME Allowance up to $2,500 per year (prorated)
