Lake Mac Casino Resort and Racetrack has an exciting opportunity to begin a career in the casino industry and attend Dealer School! We are dedicated to ensuring every graduate possesses the knowledge and skills necessary to become a qualified Casino Dealer. This course will teach you how to become a successful in the games of Blackjack, Poker and other popular table games.

Essential Functions:

• Train to deal assigned games in an accurate manner, according to standard rules, company procedures and applicable gaming regulations.
• Train to shuffle and deal cards accurately to customers.
• Train to quickly and accurately calculate face value of cards.
• Train to exchange cash for proper denominations of chips.
• Train to pick up losing bets and cards from customer’s betting area.
• Train to pay winning bets and place chips in appropriate place.
