Elite Casino Resorts operates five gaming resorts located throughout Nebraska, Iowa and Illinois. Lake Mac Casino Resort & Racetrack, which is scheduled to open in Fall 2025, will become our sixth resort property. Provide excellent and correct drink service in a timely manner and assure a memorable and safe gaming experience.Essential Functions:
- Prepare drinks correctly for guests at assigned bar and for cocktail staff.
- Use of all bar equipment, cash register, Micros and Easy Bar System. Ring up sales and giving correct change.
- Maintain overall cleanliness and visual presentation of bar areas, storage areas, and equipment. Assist other departments in maintaining overall cleanliness of all casino areas.
- Assist with the inventory, stocking, and timely rotation of products.
- Assures an environment which emphasizes cooperation, communication, and teamwork with all departments.
- Support compliance with all internal procedures and regulatory requirements, including those associated with underage and intoxicated guests.
- Supports current law and policy to provide a work environment free from illegal and discriminatory behavior.
- Complete job duties with minimal supervision, maintain acceptable attendance, and use appropriate judgment.
- Job duties, tasks, work hours, work requirements, and other duties as assigned may be added or changed at any time.
Required:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License
