If you’d rather be outside than stuck behind a desk - and want to get paid to be on the lake all summer - this is where you need to be.
We’re building a high-energy, reliable Dock Crew team at Lake Keowee Marina. This is not a “stand around” job. It’s fast-paced, hands-on, and customer-facing. You’ll be part of the crew responsible for delivering a top-tier experience to every guest that steps on property.
WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY BE DOING
- Get boats ready, clean, fueled, and dialed in for rentals
- Walk customers through safety operation (confidence matters here)
- Launch, dock, and manage boat traffic throughout the day
- Keep the marina sharp - boats, docks, and grounds
- Handle questions, solve problems, and keep guests happy
- Work as a team to keep operations smooth during peak hours
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Dependable. Shows up. Works hard. No babysitting needed.
- Good with people - friendly, clear, and confident
- Comfortable working outside in heat, moving fast, staying active
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Boating experience = a plus (not required—we train the right people)
- Must be available weekends holidays (that’s when we make money)
- Valid driver’s license required
