Lake Harbor Behavioral Health is opening a new behavioral health and substance use treatment facility, and we're looking for experienced, fully licensed clinicians to help establish the foundation of our clinical program.
As a Program Therapist II, you'll be part of the founding clinical team, providing high-quality individual and group therapy while helping define clinical excellence, mentor colleagues, and contribute to the development of a collaborative treatment culture.

We're Looking For
âś” Illinois LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD
âś” Experience treating substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions
âś” Strong independent clinical judgment and leadership skills
âś” Passion for patient-centered, evidence-based care
