We are excited to announce the opening of our newest behavioral health and substance use treatment facility in Gurnee, Illinois, Lake Harbor Behavioral Health! We're looking for an exceptional Director of Nursing to help lead it from day one.
This is a rare opportunity to build a nursing department from the ground up. As a founding member of our leadership team, you'll have the opportunity to influence everything from clinical workflows and staffing to culture and quality standards, creating an environment where both patients and employees can thrive.
What You’ll Lead
- Nursing operations, staffing, and leadership development
- Clinical quality, documentation, and patient safety standards
- Regulatory compliance and survey readiness
- Medication management systems and protocols
- Cross-disciplinary collaboration with clinical and executive teams
What We’re Looking For
- Active Illinois RN license (in good standing)
- 5 years nursing experience, including leadership/supervisory experience
- Strong background in operations, compliance, and team leadership
- Behavioral health or addiction treatment experience preferred
