As a Program Therapist I, you'll provide individual and group therapy, manage your own caseload, and work alongside an interdisciplinary team committed to compassionate, evidence-based care.
This role is ideal for clinicians working toward independent licensure who are eager to grow professionally while helping shape a brand-new treatment program.
What We're Looking For
✔ Illinois LPC, LSW, or ALMFT
✔ Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field
✔ Passion for substance use and mental health treatment
✔ Ideal candidates will be eligible to obtain independent licensure within their first six months of employment
