Who: We’re looking for a People & Culture Manager to help shape and support a values-driven workplace. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on HR operations with meaningful culture work and partnership with the organization’s leaders.
What: You’ll work closely with the President and serve on our Senior Leadership Team to ensure our people practices align with our business goals and our commitment to doing business in a way that benefits Lake Champlain Chocolates’ employees, customers, community, and the environment. This is a highly collaborative role with both strategic visibility and day-to-day impact, supporting everything from employee experience to leadership effectiveness across multiple locations.
Where: 290 Boyer Cir., Williston, VT
Education & Knowledge Required: 5 years of progressive HR experience; experience mentoring and coaching others; confidence with supporting managers and navigating employee relations situations; strong working knowledge of employment law; excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; a thoughtful, people-centered approach to work, grounded in equity, inclusion, and respect
Plusses: Experience supporting multi-site and distributed, diverse teams
Currently Seeking: 1 Full-Time Employee
Schedule: Your regular schedule will be full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday. This role allows for some remote work, which will be mutually agreed upon with your supervisor.
Pay Details: Salary, Exempt, $95,000-$115,000 annually (commensurate with experience), 7 paid holidays, generous accrued CTO and benefits package (including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k matching, discounted gym membership, and more), and sweet chocolate perks!
