Who: We’re looking for a People & Culture Manager to help shape and support a values-driven workplace. This Williston, Vermont based onsite role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on HR operations with meaningful culture work and partnership with the organization’s leaders.
What: You’ll work closely with the President and serve on our Senior Leadership Team to ensure our people practices align with our business goals and our commitment to doing business in a way that benefits Lake Champlain Chocolates’ employees, customers, community, and the environment. This is a highly collaborative role with both strategic visibility and day-to-day impact, supporting everything from employee experience to leadership effectiveness across multiple locations.
Education & Knowledge Required: 5 years of progressive HR experience; experience mentoring and coaching others; confidence with supporting managers and navigating employee relations situations; strong working knowledge of employment law; excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; a thoughtful, people-centered approach to work, grounded in equity, inclusion, and respect.
Plusses: Experience supporting multi-site and distributed, diverse teams.
