Guest Relations Supervisor

What You’ll Do
As the Guest Relations Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations during your shift, partnering closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to maintain exceptional service standards. You’ll take the lead in resolving guest concerns, supporting team members, and ensuring each guest interaction reflects the elevated, personalized experience our resort is known for. Familiarity with Opera, Micros and Book-forTime systems desirable. Training will be available.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-duty operations leader from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM
• Act as the primary escalation point for guest concerns and service recovery
• Proactively engage with guests throughout the property to enhance their stay
• Collaborate with department leaders to ensure smooth daily operations
• Monitor arrivals, departures, VIP guests, and special requests to ensure readiness
• Support and coach team members in delivering exceptional service
• Maintain clear and consistent communication across departments
• Document and follow up on guest feedback and operational issues
• Uphold brand standards and ensure a polished, welcoming environment at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in guest relations, front office, or hotel operations leadership
• Strong problem-solving skills with a calm, solutions-focused approach
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to make confident decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
