This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Relations Specialist based in Wheeling, WV. The Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, building and maintaining client relationships, addressing client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing client communications, resolving inquiries or concerns, and acting as a liaison between clients and legal teams. While some work from home is acceptable, periodic in-office presence is required.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships
- Experience in Client Relations and providing excellent Customer Support
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
- A commitment to providing exceptional Customer Satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of legal or professional services industries is a plus
