The Role: What You’ll Do
As a Pack Leader, you are the heartbeat of our Playground. This role is active, educational, and deeply rewarding.
- Behavioral Expert: Learn to read and monitor canine body language, assisting pets with environmental acclimation and behavior modification.
- Safety Guardian: Supervise social interactions to ensure every pet stays safe, happy, and balanced.
- Facility Caretaker: Maintain our top-tier backyard, boardwalks, and daycare rooms to ensure a pristine environment.
- Pet Advocate: Manage feeding, watering, and medication schedules with meticulous care.
- Client Connection: Provide upbeat, detailed feedback to pet parents, ensuring they feel confident in the "extraordinary" care we provide.
Schedule & Compensation
- Starting Pay: $12.00/hour.
- Weekend Premium: $14.40/hour (20% increase for Saturday/Sunday shifts).
- Shift Range: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM (8-hour shifts).
- Requirements: Full-time status with a rotating weekend schedule and holiday availability.
