Job Title: Overnight Veterinary Assistant / Technician
Location: Lafayette Veterinary Care Center – Lafayette, LA
Schedule: Overnight Rotation (4 shifts on, 4 shifts off | Shifts range between 4:00 PM – 8:00 AM)
Note: Initial 30–60 days of training occur on day shifts before transitioning to the overnight schedule.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations
- Assist and support veterinarians and team members across medical procedures and patient care.
- Complete accurate medical record notation and facilitate clear client education.
- Maintain a professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and correct use of medical terminology.
- Safely restrain patients to protect both pets and team members.
- Perform physical duties daily, including standing, sitting, crouching, and walking.
- Maintain a team-first mindset, positive attitude, and adaptability in fast-changing situations.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.40 per hour
