Lafayette Club is hiring Seasonal Outside Service Attendants to join our Golf Team. We are seeking friendly, motivated individuals who take pride in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, providing exceptional member service, and ensuring the golf operation runs smoothly each day. This important role supports all aspects of the golf experience, including bag handling, golf cart preparation, maintaining practice facilities, and assisting members and guests throughout the property.

Position Overview:
Lafayette Club is seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals to join our Golf Operations team as Outside Service Attendants.
The Outside Services Attendant is responsible for delivering a premier member and guest experience by providing exceptional bag handling, cart operations, practice facility maintenance, and overall support to the golf operation. This position plays a vital role in delivering the high-level, personalized service our members and guests expect. Outside Services staff are often the first and last point of contact during the golf experience; they are responsible for creating a welcoming, professional atmosphere from arrival through departure.
Part-Time Seasonal | Hourly Position
Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests promptly and professionally
- Load, unload, and properly store golf bags
- Prepare, stage, clean, and detail golf carts to club standards
- Maintain practice facilities (range ball collection, cleaning, and setup)
- Assist with tournament and member event setup
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart barn, bag room and staging areas
- Valid driver’s license (if required for cart operation)
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Golf knowledge and course experience preferred

Schedule & Duration:
