Talent Sourcing Specialist
Location: San Antonio, TX
Work Model: Hybrid (approximately 40% in clinic)
Reports To: Director of Talent Acquisition
About the Role
Lacuna Autism Services is seeking a driven Talent Sourcing Specialist who is ready to hit the ground running. This is a high-autonomy, KPI-driven role with ownership over assigned regions and a strong emphasis on execution, consistency, and results.
This role is ideal for someone early in their recruiting career who has prior candidate-facing experience and is ready to execute quickly and deliver results from day one. While training and support are provided, this is not a passive role- success requires initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to use any sourcing channel necessary to meet goals.
What You’ll Do
- Own sourcing and pipeline development for assigned regions
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, cold outreach, and phone calls
- Screen and engage candidates quickly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate ATS documentation and pipeline tracking
- Manage competing priorities and multiple requisitions
- Adjust sourcing strategies when facing roadblocks to consistently hit KPIs
- Represent Lacuna at local recruiting events as needed
Who You Are

- Not afraid to hit the phones and engage candidates directly
- Prior experience in recruiting, sourcing, sales, or another candidate-facing role preferred
Compensation & Expectations
- Base salary: $45,000 (non-negotiable)
- Commission: Uncapped monthly commission paid on every hire once monthly KPIs are met
- After completing training and a short ramp-up period, recruiters typically average $1,500–$3,000 per month in commission
- This role is designed to reward performance and accountability and is best suited for someone motivated by commission-based earnings
Education
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
