- Run skill‑acquisition programs and behavior‑reduction strategies with accuracy and consistency
- Collect high‑quality, real‑time data during every session
- Maintain a professional, calm, and client‑centered presence
- Communicate session updates and relevant observations to the BCBA
- Support a positive, collaborative clinic culture
- Follow all clinic policies, safety procedures, and ethical guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain it)
- Strong professionalism, reliability, and communication skills
- Ability to follow clinical direction and maintain treatment fidelity
- Comfort working with children with autism in a fast‑paced clinical setting
