Location: Longmont, CO

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

We are expanding in Colorado and seeking a passionate BCBA to help shape best practices, foster team culture, and drive superior services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clinical programs.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and initial evaluations.
- Develop and implement parent training and support programs.
- Provide training, support, and mentorship to RBTs.
- Oversee progress reports and treatment plans to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes.
- Partner with coding, billing, and insurance teams to meet payer requirements.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- BCBA certification (Required).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A deep passion for delivering high-quality clinical care.
