Maintenance Personnel - Urgently Hiring

LACOSTA is seeking motivated, reliable team members with a strong work ethic and positive attitude to support daily Maintenance Operations in the Bedford, OH area. This role is responsible for general upkeep, cleaning, and minor repairs to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.

Hours:

• Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (40 hours / week)

Salary:

• $20.00 - $22.00
• Additional Sign on Bonus Offered

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform minor repairs (plumbing, lighting, walls, floors, ceilings)
• Patch, paint, caulk, and install fixtures
• Operate hand and power tools, as well as equipment (pressure washers, shop vacs, compactors, balers)
• Complete routine cleaning, carpet care, and emergency cleanups
• Conduct basic inspections (safety equipment, drains, etc.)
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
