General Cleaner (Janitor / Floor Tech)

LACOSTA is hiring a dependable Janitor / Floor Tech to help maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance in assigned facilities. This position is a great fit for someone who takes pride in detailed cleaning, enjoys hands-on work, and has experience with floor care equipment and procedures.

• Steady full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
• Early shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM, leaving your afternoons free
• Weekly pay: Get paid every Friday
• Climate-controlled warehouse environment
• Supportive team environment
• Company-provided uniform and PPE

$16.00 per hour - Paid weekly every Friday

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas
• Dust, wipe, and disinfect surfaces
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Perform floor maintenance including stripping, waxing, sealing, and buffing hard floors
• Operate floor machines such as auto scrubbers, buffers, and burnishers
• Clean carpets using extractors or other equipment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Use proper lifting techniques and required PPE
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
• Represent LACOSTA in a professional and dependable manner

• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Must follow all company safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Ability to walk, stand, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. independently
• Must wear LACOSTA-provided uniform and PPE
• Must provide and wear steel-toed shoes or boots
• Must remove all jewelry and accessories while working
