Shipping Material Handler

Join the LACOSTA team as a Shipping Material Handler. This position ensures accurate inventory handling, supports shipping and receiving operations, and focuses primarily on handling outbound loads, ensuring orders are prepared, loaded, and shipped accurately and efficiently.

Pay: $18.50/hour

Job Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule, 12-hour shifts

(Week 1: Tues/Wed/Sat/Sun | Week 2: Mon/Thurs/Fri)

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years Forklift experience
• Manufacturing experience desired but not required
• Must pass Drug Test and background screening

Job Duties:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage outbound shipments
• Operate a forklift to move, stage, and load materials
• Verify orders and shipping documentation for accuracy
• Load trucks safely and efficiently
• Maintain an organized and clean shipping area
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
