Responsibilities
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, gathering insights and feedback to inform product decisions.
- Requirements Management: Capture, document, and prioritize business requirements; ensure accurate translation into technical specifications.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with IT, business process owners, and development teams to bridge gaps and maintain clarity.
- Product Strategy: Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with organizational goals.
- Agile Leadership: Participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring requirements are well understood and deliverables meet business needs.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data to validate requirements, identify trends, and support strategic initiatives.
- Claims Expertise (Preferred): Apply knowledge of insurance claims processes and technology to optimize product solutions.
- Proven Product Management Experience: Minimum 5-8 years in a product management role with a strong business focus.
- Insurance Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of insurance operations; claims experience is highly preferred.
- Technical & Business Bridging: Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical deliverables.
- Data Competency: Familiarity with data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making.
- Agile Methodology: Solid understanding of Agile development practices and frameworks.
- Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and drive consensus.
- Experience with both claims technology and business process preferred.
- Background in data analytics or data-driven product development preferred.
