Our client is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead this critical program. This position plays a key role in enabling reliable, secure, and scalable electronic data exchange across global Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and supply chain processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end enterprise content and information management platform program, spanning implementation, integrations, enhancements, and steady-state operations.
- Act as the primary program owner, aligning strategy, roadmap, and execution across all OpenText-related initiatives.
- Partner closely with executive sponsors, business owners, IT, compliance, legal, and external vendors.
- Establish and maintain strong program governance, including risk, issue, dependency, and compliance management.
- Own program financials, including OpEx and CapEx budgeting, forecasting, and tracking.
- Manage vendor and systems integrator performance to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.
- Maintain and prioritize a program backlog aligned to platform capabilities and business outcomes.
- Facilitate Program Increment (PI) or Quarterly Planning, release coordination, and cross-team dependency management where Agile practices are applied.
- Drive transparency into program health, release readiness, platform stability, and resource utilization.
- Establish and mature operational governance, including SLAs, change management processes, and release cadence.
- Partner with architecture and security teams to ensure platform scalability, resilience, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform usability, adoption, and operational reliability.
- 10 years of progressive IT project or program management experience.
- 5 years operating within Agile Program Management or Agile PMO environments.
- Proven experience leading enterprise content, data exchange, or ERP platforms.
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.
- Demonstrated experience working in regulated or compliance-intensive environments.
- Track record of managing vendors and systems integrators.
- Hands-on experience with financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Familiarity with OpenText and/or EDI platforms.
- Experience using Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Jira Align.
- Comfort operating across Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery models.
- Exposure to scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, DA, LeSS) is a plus.
- Strong ability to articulate the business and compliance rationale behind platform investments.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
$65–$80 per hour - Dependent on fit and experience.
