Responsibilities
- Elicit and document business and functional requirements for RFP proposals, partnering closely with pharma development stakeholders across R&D, Clinical, and Development Operations
- Lead CRM rationalization initiatives, evaluating platforms such as Salesforce and Veeva CRM to determine the optimal solution for the development organization
- Transition from requirements definition and vendor selection into hands-on project management, owning project plans, risks, dependencies, and status reporting
- Coordinate UAT, validation support, and release readiness activities in regulated environments
- Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, IT, and vendors to ensure alignment and on-time delivery
- Support KOL engagement programs and CRM integration efforts as priorities evolve across the development organization
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager within a pharma or biotech development organization
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce and/or Veeva CRM
- Demonstrated ability to develop RFP requirements and manage vendor selection processes
- Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Experience working in regulated (GxP) environments
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
