Responsibilities
- Work closely with Portfolio Managers, SMEs, and customers to co-develop product roadmaps and drive features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including analytics, design/UX, engineering, and user enablement—to align on product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
- Operate in an Agile environment, continuously reviewing business needs, refining priorities, outlining milestones, and identifying opportunities and risks.
- Turn product roadmap features into well-defined requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize and maintain the team increment and sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing stakeholder requirements.
- Oversee the product functional design process based on deep knowledge of users and technology, leveraging business analysis, product management, and Agile best practices.
- Create and execute go-live plans, ensuring product management, marketing, and business units have what they need to succeed.
- Provide project-related guidance to Business Analysts and Agile team members.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related discipline with 2-3 years of industry, IT, or software project management experience—or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Superb communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of products, operating processes, and supporting systems.
- Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen paired with strong leadership and management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and effectively handle complex business situations.
- Ability to represent the organization and interact effectively with external partners and internal personnel at all levels.
