Position Overview
Children’s Health of Carolina is seeking a highly qualified Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Pediatrician to join our expanding medical staff. The successful candidate will provide primary and preventive pediatric care, support the delivery of coordinated multidisciplinary services, and uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physical examinations and provide medical care for children from infancy through adolescence.
- Develop and implement care plans for patients with acute and chronic illnesses.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage pediatric conditions in accordance with established guidelines.
- Educate patients and families on healthy living practices, disease prevention, nutrition, and developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide comprehensive pediatric coverage.
- Maintain accurate medical records and provide timely documentation consistent with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and compliance with best practices and safety protocols.
- Options for 1, 2, 3, 4, 4.5, or 5-day work week.
- Base pay up to $200,000, with additional pay based on experience.
- Productivity pay available with potential for an additional $20,000 .

Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pediatric Residency Program.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics (American Board of Pediatrics).
- Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the State of [State].
- Strong diagnostic, clinical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with patients, families, and staff.
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team environment.
- Pediatric experience preferred.
- Commitment to professional development and evidence-based care.
Salary : $20,000 - $200,000
