Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physical exams and provide comprehensive care for patients from infancy through adolescence.
- Develop, implement, and update care plans for acute and chronic conditions.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage pediatric illnesses and conditions.
- Educate patients and families on healthy living, disease prevention, nutrition, and developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide extended coverage.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records according to regulatory standards.
- Contribute to quality improvement projects and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

- MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pediatric Residency Program.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics (American Board of Pediatrics).
- Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in NC
- Strong diagnostic, clinical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative interdisciplinary environment.
- 3-5 years of Pediatric experience required
- Commitment to continuing education and evidence-based care.
