Position overview
We're hiring Assembly Line Leads. This is a mid-level production role for trained workers who run assembly lines with minimal supervision and model safe, quality work for the rest of the team. This is a great fit for someone with prior assembly line experience who's ready to take on more accountability.
Responsibilities
Assist in assembly line set-up at the start of shifts and production runs
Run assembly lines under minimal supervision while remaining accountable for overall line performance
Recognize quality issues during production and partner with Associates and Leads to resolve them
Submit nonconformance reports accurately and on time
Serve as a model of safe and quality work procedures for other Line Workers

Requirements
Prior training in assembly line equipment, computer systems, and standard operating procedures
Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize quality issues
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable, safety-conscious, and a strong team player
Experience with WMS systems and RF Scanners
